Ordered it for a family member, they love the quality, it says product will help with Hair health and growth. If so then it will help with hair fall, size is fine you get enough capsules. You can eat daily or on alternate days as needed.

Used 1 month now..facing hairfall ..Not helpful in any of the claimed things..not for hair not for skin and also nails..highly disappointed
