This supplement honestly I can really tell it is working or not but that being said out the gate my body is the same as everyone’s body I have a clotting disorder and I am postoperative by a few months but I can say it didn’t help alittle bit as my body is still in survival mode were it is just really focused on healing but my skin has been doing better in terms of it feeling softer and not as many breakouts at all my weight over all has been hold but steady at the moment due to the stress my body is under

Not a miracle pill, but it helps.
These are perfect and have all the ingredients that I wanted in one capsule. They make me feel better when I take them and give me more energy. I have a sensitive gag reflex so I won’t say that they are easy to swallow or easy for me to use lol but I managed to get them down. Good value for the money and I would recommend.

Great find. I was taking several of these pills individually so to find these is awesome. I researched and the ones I wasn't taking were things that I could use. They are easy to swallow, I do take them at night and I do sleep well so that's quality. I haven't noticed any side effects. To me they are a good value. Will buy again

Dosing confusion.
I had read all the reviews before purchasing Cortisol. Many stated they liked the fact you take one pill per day. Which is why I purchased them also. When I received the Cortisol & read the directions on the package and also on the bottle, It states to take 2 capsules daily. So which is it, One capsule daily, Or 2 capsules daily ?. I don't like taking pills in the first place. So PLEASE do tell me what the dosing amount is. If it is one capsule daily, That is a great deal. If it is two capsules daily, Not so good of a deal.
