Took homemade bread to the next level!
My husband has been baking bread for several years and always looking for ways to improve the quality. I just tried the Malt Powder today for the first time. Wow, my Pizza Dough came out so nice and soft, rose beautifully, has a nice golden color crust and texture. I’ve been making Pizza Dough for 40+ years and didn’t think my recipe could get any better and oh my it came out so good. I make yeast breads 3-4 times a week, I can’t wait to try it in my breads. You only need 1 tsp for every 3 cups of Flour.

Improve spread texture and prevents staleness
Since using this item, my bread lashed longer stays fresher.Does not mold is easily... The conditioner also gives it a delicate texture inside with a better crust on the outside. But after using it for a while, I cut down on the portion that I put into my dough from a teaspoon, a cup to like a teaspoon for every two and a half cups.
