I’ve been using this machine for a short time and so far I’m happy with it. It’s easy to use, heats up fast, and makes good espresso at home. I love cappuccinos and I was tired of buying from large chain coffee shops, so I decided to buy my own coffee maker and found this amazing machine. It's so complete! I love that it makes five types of coffee, including cappuccino, which is my weakness. The pressure it creates allows for better extraction of aroma and flavor from the ground coffee; it's like having a professional coffee maker at home. The quality is good, and its compact design means it doesn't take up much space. The color and design are innovative, and I love the knob design; it adds a touch of elegance. The milk frother works wonderfully. The price is good for everything this beautiful coffee maker offers, since you can make professional-quality coffee at home.

We love this machine. It's our first adventure into making espresso, and we found it very easy to use. Instructions for set up and making coffee were included and easy to follow. It's compact, easy to clean, and really just what we were looking for. We did a taste test- putting the same ground coffee into our keurig and this guy to compare. What a crazy difference that made! The coffee from this machine is creamy, with a foam head, stronger, and slightly more oily or rich in flavor.

This espresso machine is easy to use and makes great coffee at home. It is a bit loud while brewing, but that is pretty normal for espresso machines and totally acceptable. The shots come out strong with nice crema, the steam wand works well for milk, and the stainless steel design looks good on the counter. Overall, it feels solid and is a great value for everyday use.

The primary issue with this machine is the listing claims it comes with a stainless steel portafilter, but it actually has a black plastic insert. Not the end of the world and somewhat common among them, but it is not something I prefer to be drinking near boiling water off of on a daily basis. I initially tried contacting the seller and leaving feedback (not an option for me for this item for some reason) in addition to contacting Amazon twice. The representative for Amazon was unable to provide contact information for the seller and then offered some credit to find a workable portafilter, but I couldn't size one appropriately without info from the seller. The machine brews well enough, but I sometimes find the espresso to brew sour. Not bitter, but a bit sour regardless of which beans I use. The frother works well and makes for a nice consistency latte. Update: I had previously stated I would consider updating this review if contacted by the seller and they did indeed reach out, offering a proper stainless filter accessory. They stayed with it until the issue was resolved so A+ customer service there. I think a couple updates would make this a worthwhile buy, so I'll keep an eye for a hopefully updated version!
