So far so good. I’ve been taking these about a week . You’re reading this probably wondering if you feel more yourself and is it still constipating. Yes I feel better even only after a week and have not been constipated. If you were not wondering about that you should be if you aren’t taking these. .

Ferritin levels run low in our family. I bought these since the concentration is perfect. We are due for follow-up lab values and will post results after a month of being on these. So far, they seem pretty good. No significant taste issues.

Easy to swallow and I felt good, but the constipation was horrible. I then went to every other day, I’ll see how that does.

Bought these to keep my iron levels up during pregnancy. They worked great. Love that they are combined with the vitamin C for absorption - just one less thing to take. They are small and easy to swallow if you have a hard time taking pills. Never had a problem with my iron levels once I started taking these.

omg almost instantly noticing a difference, and so far so good on the stomach too!!! Very pleased, I take one with dinner and i can get out of bed in the mornings again and not fall asleep in my coffee lol.

These are really good for when you have had bariatric surgery
