Doctor’s Best are a well-respected brand. Unfortunately the distributor sees fit (Sep ‘24) to cover most of the label, including dosage instructions and advanced details of the product, with their own label. The original instruction is 2 capsules a day on an empty stomach in case anyone is interested. The distributor’s label can be scraped off using sticky-label removal compounds but leaves the tub in a not-very-nice state. I really think that when it comes to nutritional supplements that Amazon should maybe consider clamping down on such a practice. I understand if the distributor wants to add their own bar-code: but it could be done more discreetly, without affecting the integrity of the product and container information.

The advert says take 1 capsule a day but further down and on product itself, it says take 2 capsules, which makes this a very expensive product. It also says on the pics of it down left-hand side, next to bottom, that contains 16 mg. zinc - well, yes if you take two but seems to me, they're implying you get this from 1 capsule. Totally misleading. I tried it with the recommended 2 capsules and did nothing for me at all.

Took this for gastritis, never had such stomach pain in my life. It caused burning stomach cramps. I was ill foe a week.

I suffer badly with gastritis and after watching a doctor on YouTube who recommended zinc carnosine for relief, I thought I'd try as it had been going on for a few weeks. Within 10 days I noticed a significant difference and now the issue appears to be gone and I haven't quite finished the tub. I will continue taking as a preventative, they are expensive but they do work.

Ich nehme dieses Markenprodukt seit circa einem halben Jahr und zwar 75 mg morgens auf nüchternen Magen und halte dann eine halbe Stunde Abstand ein zu allem anderen - also vor allem auch Kaffee. Ich habe mich zu diesem zuverlässig standardisierten Produkt nach ärztlicher Beratung entschieden und es nicht bereut: es hat ohne Zweifel zur Barriereheilung und Schleimhautreparatur nach einem schlechten Zustand wegen eines Breitband-AB beigetragen und genau das ist auch in klinischen Studien bestätigt und gerade diese Studien haben den Markenstoff PepZin GI verwendet, das gibt mir auch ein gutes Gefühl bei dieser wichtigen Angelegenheit. Angenehm ist auch dass die Kapseln besonders klein sind und daher leichter zu schlucken. Der Internist hat mir gesagt dass ich die Sache mit den Abständen den zeitlichen Abständen wirklich ernst nehmen muss und Zink-L-Carnosin strikt nüchtern eingenommen werden muss. Feine Abrundung ist dass mit den 2 Tabletten morgens gleich auch das Thema Zink erledigt ist, weil 16 mg elementares Zink drin ist, der Rest ist das Carnosin; keine unnötigen Füllstoffe.

Aiuta con gastrite e esofagite. Calma molto la situazione. Va preso a stomaco vuoto appena svegli e prima di andare a dormire. Costa tanto, ma va utilizzato solo per un periodo piuttosto breve, quindi ci sta. Mi raccomando di avere sempre un buon piano fatto con l’aiuto di un medico per la gastrite, altrimenti spendete solo soldi senza risultati. Bisogna individuare la causa della gastrite, e agire di conseguenza, non combatterne solo i sintomi
