House Flipper - Nintendo Switch

Very fun game

I had noticed this game during a sale to which it was 10-15 dollars off its original price, I had purchased two, 1 for a Christmas gift, and another for me to try. Upon opening the package it reveals two of the same house flipper games (as expected) to be revealed. While leaving one of them sealed I had popped mine, into my Animal Crossing Nintend Switch. The game is designed around any other renovating game, you work on side jobs to then earn money to which you use it on your owned properties to try to sell to a buyer as to double of what you had put in. The graphics are toned down then other console versions of this game, but is still enough to be pleasing to the average human eye. The button mechanics are mapped with the switch controls so the play mechanics are tweaked just so slightly to this version. The end result of this product could end in a result of recommendation, if so happens you don't enjoy the game, you can either give it to someone you know or return the product, but overall it's pleasing.

Literally one of my favorite switch games. It gets a little laggy sometimes and I’ve had it crash on me but I love the concept. I wish there were more furniture options though.

I have attempted to play through this game five times now, and each time I can only get through about 75% before there’s a game-stopping glitch. The glitch is that there will be an error message when attempting to close the software, and once you get that error message, the game will no longer save your progress, it will keep defaulting back to the save game as of when it glitched. At first it seemed to happen when I would try to build new walls in the ironically named “Unfortunate Effect” house, so I tried again and skipped that house but that didn’t help; all the houses after that one will also glitch if you build walls. You can build walls in the tutorial lessons just fine, the bug is in the main game. So then I tried playing the game again this time deliberately not knocking down or building any walls, and this time about 80% into the game it crashed when I tried to assemble a curtain rod. So then I tried playing the game again this time not building walls and not doing curtains, and everything seemed fine and when I went to close the software I got the error message again, this time for no discernible reason. The game has many other design and control problems as well, plus other minor glitches (in one game even the tutorial broke) so at best this was going to be a two-star review, but since the game glitches this badly and this consistently and is apparently incapable of being completed all the way through, I have to give it only one star and warn you DO NOT BUY THIS GAME AT ALL.

This game was awesome and addicting but there are only 18 missions and you can't finish them cause the game glitches and there are no updates or expansions for switch. I think they abandoned the nintendo version

I could be considered a House Flipper fanatic - I already owned the PC version but wanted the Switch game for playing on the go. The game really is better on PC. I didn't do my research and wasn't aware it's only available as base game on Switch and it's so much harder to control than keyboard and mouse. 4 stars because I love the game, but I haven't touched the Switch version since a couple days after I bought it.

I am not a typical gamer, but I am LOVING this game! It's very easy-going and doesn't cause me anxiety like other high-stress games (racing, shooting, etc). It's really satisfying to clean things up, then be able to flip your own house. The first day it arrived, I played it for 3 hours straight until my console ran out of power. I definitely recommend this game :)

Just wow! I got this for my switch lite and its awesome. It's so fun to clean n demo n change colors and so many other things. Time flies too fast when playing this. It's a little annoying to get the squares above doors n windows for paint n to position things but it's fun so I dont mind overall. This game needs a 2! Update- I have found some glitches with the plaster part. I need to plaster the wall n then close down the game to restart it to be able to paint the wall. The motion of my actions can skip a bit. The paint is always darker then the pictures given to pick what you are going to use on the walls. All of this is small annoyances that are easily overlooked because I enjoy it too much. I really hope for a game 2 with better options and more stuff to do. Update- I'm in the first house with a garage and the game keeps crashing!! I'm very disappointed. I think that my switch lite isn't able to handle the complexity of the game. Update I deleted the game and all data from my switch and then reloaded it. This time I didn't choose any perks that speed up my work except the broom. It seems to be working better now.

My son was playing this on a tablet with lots of ads and when I seen it for the switch I had to get it for him. Great game keeps him well entertained

チュートリアル通りにやっているが向いている方向が微妙なのかうまく操作ができず1日で断念しました 内容もパッケージであればもっと選択肢が豊富でもいいかも

Really repetitive boring the price is ridiculous for this game, I wouldn't bother

This could be a good really good game, if it worked properly. The problem is it doesn’t. Enough said.
