This fountain was bought to replace an old plastic one that had worn out after a long time. I saw the stainless steel and thought it would be a lot better. I was right. It is easy to clean and works perfectly. I especially like the light because it is easy to see when the water level drops and my cat likes it because the depth of water in the tray at the top is perfect for her. It is extremely quiet and I can hardly hear anything when I am right next to it - just a slight sound of water running. Once a couple of yards away from the fountain you cannot hear a thing. The filter and sponge are very easy to change when necessary but make sure it is turned off and the water has run into the base of the unit so that it does not spill onto the floor when you remove the tray. It is a lovely looking fountain with perfectly clear running water and excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Very good product. Easy to put together, it's not too big and it's quiet. Little blue light and window so you can see water level. The cat approves which is obviously the most important part! Good product, works well!

Fountain works absolutely fine. Nice and quiet but you might want to cover the blue light. Unfortunately, our cat has no interest in drinking from it whatsoever. I bought this as the damn thing will only drink from our bath taps instead of the water bowl we put down for her. But all I get is a surly stare from a cat with an obvious mental issue, sitting in the bath in the mornings waiting for my wife to crack open the cold tap. The rest of the day she spends cosying up to my wife to curry favour and wind me up by by meowing loudly while I'm on the phone trying to work. Will give it to a friend, who has a normal, friendly cat as the water fountain works really well. I wanted a dog.

My cat is now over 6 years old, and I have never seen her drink out her water bowl. I bought this fountain and set it up, it took a day for her to sniff around it and the next day, she is now drinking water from it and has been for the last couple of days. The quality of this stainless steel fountain is very good with ease of assembly. It has a small perpex window so you can moniter the water level. It comes supplied with a set of filters. please be aware the power supply is via a usb cable, A plug is also supplied. My only issue was the lenght of the cable (130cm long) did,nt accommodate my plan for it to be place wthin my cats eating area, as I did,nt have a nearby socket. But with a little help from a usb extension cable the problem was solved. This fountain has a big plus, it is very silent.

This little fountain is a revelation. Our kitty has early-stage kidney disease and she needs to drink more water. We'd noticed that she's recently been dipping her paw in her water bowl and stirring it, and the internet says that's because cats prefer running water. We tried a plastic fountain for a previous cat and she seemed not to like the taste of the water, so we thought we'd try stainless steel this time. Our current cat ignored the fountain for the first three days and I felt like a complete mug. And then... she discovered it and she loves it so much, I got her a second one for another floor of our house. She drinks out of it constantly, sometimes out of the basin and sometimes directly from the spigot like a little kid drinking from a water fountain. Huge success! It is incredibly simple to set up and whisper quiet. It's louder if you don't put the curved spigot on and let it bubble instead, and it also splashes if you do that. With the spigot in place, zero splashing, constant fresh water, and endless delight for the kitty cat in your life. Really easy to clean, too. And best of all, the seller gives a six-month supply of free replacement filters. What's not to love? I'm probably going to get a third for the top floor of our house, so that our cat will have no excuse not to drink, wherever she is. Amazingly successful purchase and a bargain for the price. UPDATE: about once a month the fountain stops and seems to be broken. It ISN'T. I have learned that you have to pry out the little spinning bit (it looks like a tiny propellor) inside the pump unit and rinse it thoroughly. Then it works again. I was really annoyed at first and wrote to the seller, and they sent me a video showing how to take it all apart and clean the pump. The cat is happy again! Whew!

Our cat loves his. We upgraded from a plastic one as they're meant to be better for hygiene. Looks lovely. Works perfectly. Cat loves it. Good price. Very happy all round.

Great product would definitely recommend easy to keep clean and nice and quiet.

Cracking little fountain! The stainless steel makes it easy to clean, and it’s so quiet I have to stick a finger in the water now and then to check it’s even on. My cat absolutely loves it — he drinks from that little bent tap like he is at some posh feline health retreat. With clear, healthy running water, there haven't been any leakages or spills Couple of niggles though: the plastic filter holder doesn’t come out, which makes cleaning it a bit of a palaver, and the impeller has a habit of giving up for no good reason. It’s not clogged — just seems a bit moody, like it’s decided to take a tea break. Still, the cat’s happy, I’m happy, and my house is like a zen retreat

This is a great little fountain. It is easy to use and clean and very quiet, in fact it makes no noise at all. My cat is 17 an has always had her water from the bathtub faucet. She can't jump into the tub anymore, but this fountain acted just like that faucet, she is a happy little girl. I reccomend the fountain highly.

Assembly is quick and easy. Love the design of this because it makes it easy to see when it needs to be refilled. It’s easy to clean as well, but I will need to purchase more of the filters. It’s also very quiet! My kitten loves drinking out of this water fountain.

Such a great build and design. Super quite and works flawlessly. It's definitely worth spending a bit more for quality rather than buying something cheaper that stops working in a couple of months.
