Worked fantastic
I ate some dodgy casserole that I had forgot out on the counter overnight but what could go wrong? The stomach ache and runs were the worst I have had in a long time. After about 20 minutes of pain, I drank a pack of Smecta and it removed all symptoms in less than 5 minutes. AMAZING. And I am at a point in life that I am not worried about Aluminum making me less smarter

It actually works very well.
Have only used it for a little over two weeks. After months of diarrhea and poor advice from doctors and everybody, I studied on my own and decided to try this. It has worked extremely well the last five days. I am absolutely sure that these little packets are effective.

No English instructions
Received this with foreign language packaging. Turns out it is Polish. Not sure if it matters though. 3 stars because I have to spend time to figure out what the language is.
