This is the one that tastes great and dissolves perfectly. I love to add to my coffees and teas. It's easy to use as it is very fine and quality product for a value price. The color is vibrant too.

Yummmm!! Didn't know if I'd like it. I compared the reviews on all the various brands. This brand is great. I used it to make boba tea. Great deep color. Delicious earthy taste. I didn't dissolve perfectly. I poured through a sieve to get rid of the fine lumps. But the taste and color and texture made up for the minor hassle. I'll order again.

Great color and flavor. Superfine ground and very easy to mix so it's smooth and it's never not chunky. I have no idea if it makes me any healthier, but it's tasty.

I am a dye free cake decorator. I recently bought this purple sweet potato powder because I haven’t been able to make a decent dye free purple that isn’t brown. The powder works perfectly! It takes just a tsp maybe dissolved in a very small amount of boiling water to make a beautiful purple color for about 1-2 cups of buttercream, depending on how vibrant you’d like it. The taste is not noticeable with the amounts I’ve used. Definitely recommend. Used it for Repunzels dress on this cake.

I love the fact that is natural , but is not dissolving well in to the batter or frosting.

I bought it to flavor drinks and it tastes good. Turns out it's also useful as a natural food coloring! I try to avoid artificial coloring and flavoring, so this was a great bonus!

I thought the flavor would be more concentrated, but you have to use a lot of powder in order to truly taste the ube flavor. The color is vibrant, so if you need this power for color alone, it'll work well. There aren't any instructions included, so you have to experiment for yourself and research recipes online.
