What's in a serving size? i want to switch from host d powder which i am taking 3 tbs a day of but can't figure out the equivalent for 2 capsules.

Each serving is 2 capsules, a total of 1000 mg fruiting body extract per. There are 60 servings in a bottle. It is not possible to give an equivalent to other products because we use whole fruiting body extract (pure mushroom), whereas other products might contain grain or other fillers. FreshCap Turkey Tail is tested and verified to contain %35 Beta-glucan, which is the active component in Turkey Tail mushroom supplements. Hope that helps!

Better sleep quality

Freshcap Sleep is one of the best sleep support supplements Ive tried. I've been taking it for over a month and it has increased the quality and duration of my sleep. I rest without nearly as many interruptions and I wake up feeling rested. I used to take dyphenhydramine or melatonin every night, but after awhile it does nothing. Definitely recommend

I am seven weeks postpartum and I’ve been taking this for a few weeks now and have definitely seen improvement. My mommy brain isn’t really there anymore. I’m able to remember things and the names of things a lot better than before I started taking this. I take it with my morning coffee and I just feel so much more energized and that says a lot considering I have a newborn. Can’t really speak on sleep, considering I have a newborn, but I definitely think I can fall asleep a lot easier than before and sleep deeply for the few hours that I get. I will continue buying this product and recommending it 10 out of 10.

Well packaged and arrived as promised.

I use Freshcap mushroom powders in my coffee each morning. I have only recently begun doing this. The Lions Mane, Reisi and Turkey Tail powders arrive as promised. A scoop is provided for easy measuring. It will be a few months "probably' before I know if there is any benefit. When I can discerne an improvement in memory, I will repost.
