May cause bad dreams, but remembering better.
I take it in the morning as the first time I took it I had bad dreams from taking it at bedtime. I am remembering things that I would not have been able to remember prior. Like who is playing who in football.

Beware the extremely high level of Vitamin D
Beware the extremely high level of Vitamin D. 20,000 IU per day can cause toxic levels of Vitamin D in the body. Have been taking this for a year and the Vitamin D in my blood work is well into the 'toxic' range. Have been taking no other Vit. D supplements. Your experience may be different, but perhaps check with your doctor.
