I hate short or regular size because they don't always catch urine leaks properly. The extra long liners cover front to back fully. These are #2 liners, but are thick enough to hold leakage. Still thin like #1. And a better price than other panty liners that are only regulars. I like Stayfree products. They hold up, last a long time and protect my skin.

I Love these super-long liner pads with wings. I was hesitant to order these, at first, as some reviewers said the backing did not remove easily from the liner. I am happy to report, having now used 2 of my 4 packages, there is NO PROBLEM AT ALL when done as follows: 1. Open plastic outside cover and flatten liner. 2. Gently pull the plastic cover back from the pad until you can see the PAPER STRIP between the outside platic cover and the panty liner. 3. GRAB THE PAPER STRIP, (between the outer plastic cover and the liner), "AND" THEN PEEL THE PAPER STRIP AND OUTER COVER (TOGETHER) AWAY FROM THE PANTY LINER. Following the above steps will eliminate any tearing or sticking problems others have reported. The pads have GREAT ADHESION to panties but remove easily when needed. Pads are cool and comfortable and very absorbant. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE PADS!

Recommend it The pack i ordered came with several bags a good amount for a few months . Perfect right?! Because let's face it when the visit comes Most of the time we aren't prepared. And when we go look at stores they don't have what we are comfortable. So yes yes yes! Especially now these are hard to find. I don't know why.

Well. We just broke up, actually, after 38 years of love and support. It wasn't them...it was me. Don't worry, there will never be anyone else (except maybe Depends.) This particular product is really good. Thin. Comfortable. Does it's best to protect against leaks. Sometimes the tape doesn't stick well, but we all have an off day when we just can't stick to our agenda.

Could widen out at top front and top back. Otherwise ok

These are the best! They pull the moisture away from you and lock it behind a cottony top layer. I prefer the length of these for both day and night—I just position them further back for nighttime. They adhere extremely well, and I’ve never had them shift. I’ve been buying this brand for years. I’ve tried the other leading brand (Always), and hated the plastic feeling of those. The Stayfree brand feels and breathes like cotton, which doesn’t irritate your skin, and keeps odor at bay.

I just had brain surgery and came home from the hospital. These are perfect for front and back. I would expect that the elderly would benefit from these very much.

These are the only pads I use. Long but thin and the wings help hold them in place.

Love the extra long length and the right amount of thickness (but not bulky) for absorbency! Lots of products say they’re extra long and are far from it. Would highly recommend!
