I bought these for myself as part of my daily regimen and really like the fact that my gut health is very good. My wife and daughter were having issues and started taking them daily and their issues have seemed to have gone away. As long as this product is working for us we will continue to order it monthly.

This is not any ordinary probiotic. The strains of bacteria are very specific and well-chosen. There are lots of studies on the functions of these strains.

I have been taking prebiotics for a few months now for my own benefit as well as my daughter's (who is breastfed). I stopped taking those to test out this product, and so far so good! I only take one at night - my stomach feels good, and everything is moving the way it's supposed to. :-) I really like that this supplement comes with prebiotics (which my other did not, so I had to take it with meals). I feel less bloated when I eat carbs than I used to. Which is great! Carbs and excess sugar always mess with my digestive system, but can't always be avoided. Your probiotic helps with that. My fiancee and I have been taking these 1 Body probiotics for almost 3 weeks now. I bought this brand because my fiancee was just on massive doses of anitbiotics and we are trying to build his immune system back up. I choose this brand because they had all of the strains of good bacteria that I was looking for and in a much stronger dose than the brand that I was previously taking. We are both taking 1 capsule a day, I feel good and my fiancee is feeling much better as the antibiotics he was on gave him a constant state of heartburn and diarrhea.

The pills are easy to swallow and seem to be working. They did initially upset my stomach but it is sorting itself out. The company stands behind their product fully and even offers an additional bottle for free after your first purchase. After I've had more time to evaluate long term use of this product I will update my review.*update* After about 10 days I started feeling like the capsules were sticking on the way down. I drink 16+ Oz of water after swallowing these but sometimes still feel like It hasn't gone down all the way. Aside from that they are still working well.
