Lipper International Bamboo Wood Dispenser with Cutter for Aluminum Foil, Plastic Wrap, or Wax Paper, Single, 13 7/8" x 3 3/8" x 3 1/2"

I ordered this wrap dispenser twice from Amazon and both times it was shipped in a plastic envelope without any packing material. The bamboo box held up during shipping however the plastic cutter was in pieces! I decided to contact the manufacturer Lipper International to let them know about the problem. They quickly tried to correct the problem and offered to ship me a new cutter to replace the broken one I received from Amazon. What great customer service! We have not used the box yet as we are waiting for the cutter to arrive. It appears to be well-made and very attractive.

This does not work - i tried twice - the first time I had to use all my strength and it didn't cut right at all - second try and it got stuck and is now unusable. Tried to contact the company and the website won't accept my receipt file type - IT IS A PDF - who doesn't accept a pdf? Can't even just use the edge of the lid to tear anything because the magnets holding it are super weak. DO NOT BUY

Pretty wood- the roll fits nicely- The lid does not fit securely. Wax paper does not easily cut and you have to hold the lid while using.

The top constantly pops off when I use it, the magnets holding it to the base are not strong enough. Otherwise it's great, but I have to use tape to hold down the lid.

I gave this item one star cutter part was not attached to the bamboo container. It should be attached at the factory. I have written an email to the vendor and has not received a response. I would not purchase from this company.
