This mat fits my Balanced Body Studio reformer perfectly. It doesn't slip or move around and the rubber backing is thin, soft, and flexible. It protects the reformer carriage upholstery from any sweat, lotions and hair products. The surface looks and feels like suede and is soft and comfortable. My hair used to get caught in the headrest hinge and the mat extends over the headrest and solves that problem, but does not interfere with raising and lowering the headrest in any way. I usually wear shorts when working out and the mat keeps me from sliding around when doing kneeling movements. I do wish that it shipped in a roll rather than folded up because even after using it for quite a while, the creases have still not softened and flattened out, even though I leave it laying flat on my reformer carriage 24/7. I have not washed it yet, but when I do I will use a gentle cycle and hang to dry (maybe that will solve the creases problem, we'll see). It did not come with any washing instructions. I do wish it came in neutral colors like black or grey, rather than just the blue and pink (or bring back the neutral black/grey animal print!!). I imagine that most people who have a Pilates studio at home are looking to create a certain "look" or ambiance, and pink and blue don't seem like the best options for that. Neutral is always a better choice, or at least should be one of the choices. That said, the pink is actually a pretty color, not too bright, and not a "dusty" pink. My sister has the blue and it leans more grey than baby blue. The carry bag is cute and an added bonus. A solid purchase.

Love it . It takes my workout to another level. More confidence a grip for bridges and planks, absorbs sweat, no more slippery sweat out-print on the reformer.

Fits perfectly. Doesn’t slide around. Non toxic ( I hope ). Natural cork. Keeps me on the vinyl!
