Avid ultra runner and these chews are excellent. Nice flavor and you can really tell they’re fueling you. All PH products are great.

I used PF 300 Flow and chews during the 160 mile ride, and it worked perfectly. No stomach issues, no crashes, just clean, steady energy throughout the day. I combined it with real food, and it all digested smoothly even under high heart rate conditions.

Although I like it.... i wouldn't buy again as it is literally just the most expensive Turkish delight on the planet or am i missing something ? Precision fuel - chews .... no its Turkish delight mate .

If like you're wondering what these are like before buying, they're exactly like Turkish delights. If you like them, you'll like these. I've used them on a100km ride and didn't bonk so no complaints but the packaging is just not a one hand opening affair unlike the decathlon fruit jellies I normally buy so they lose a star here. Price is another lost star.

Think of the same texture as Turkish delight. Thought I would try these instead of gels. They taste good but I find chewing and breathing difficult (I know prob just me) I used them on Edin half with the gels and got on fine
