They take FOREVER to cook
It takes at least 1.5 hours of boiling to get these even close to edible, and they're still too firm to be really tasty. I have ground them into my Ezekiel flour mix in small amounts and they're fine, but I won't be ordering them again. Sprouted beans should cook faster than regular ones.

Thank you for the good product!
I bought them to use as raw food. I eat them mostly in the morning by mixing with a variety of rice or sprouted quinoa, after soaking overnight even if a couple of hours of soaking should be enough. Since I've been sprouting myself for years, I can recognize the good quality of this product. They seem to know how to sprout and hydrate properly and the beans are very tasty.

Three Stars
I was told it was more digestible, but didn't find it so.

Beans are old
Beans are hard no matter how you cook them or for how long, even tried soaking for 12 hrs and using pressure cooker. Beans no matter what I tried are still hard. I'm pretty sure they are old.

Delicious!
These bio-buds are supposed to be soaked and cooked. I like them that way,but they're even better straight out of the bag (see my edit, and do NOT eat straight from the bag). They have a delicious sweet, nutty flavor, and they're perfect when I'm in the mood for something crunchy. I mix them with the ShaSha Organic Sprouted Bio-Bud Lentils. I have these on Subscribe & Save.EDIT (2/21/2017): I found out from experience that these can break a tooth when eaten straight from the bag. After breaking one of my molars, I have stopped eating these straight from the bag. I still buy them, but I soak them an hour or two before eating them. After soaking they do need to be refrigerated.

They always turn out great! Awesome taste
They always turn out great! Awesome taste. Great sprouted beans, high in protein, and minerals. I usually cook them for an hour or more (until soft) and use an immersion blender to make like refried beans. I add other goods like grass fed butter, roasted garlic and onions, celtic salt and whip them till they are the consistency I want.
