Once you get all the clips set correctly, works great. I had an issue with the bottom coming undone. After adjusting the ones above, brace works great, no pain in my knee after work, I drive a forklift and am constantly in and out of the machine.

It takes a bit to adjust everything fallow video and set your limits it changed my afternoon routine of ice and rub last two weeks little of either and not the size of softballs pricy yes but worth it I'm going to say yes thanks to the makers a very heartfelt thanks

Buckles come undone if you touch them with anything. The steering wheel, leaning on your upper thigh or if you put too much strain on them. I’ll admit I ever found the right fit. Causing me extreme pain by end of day.

This is a really nice knee brace. I know because I have tried another talk dozen or so. The one thing holding it back is the instruction for customization. They're a little obtuse (hard to apply). It'll really take two to get the brace correct in fit; one to be the patient and another to be the tailor to make the necessary fine tune adjustments.

If there was something that I really didn't like about this knee brace was the fact that it was actually better than its description. My first impression was that it didn't help my situation at all. A second opinion cleared the matter up in short order. It was ordered based on an incorrect diagnosis. Now it seems that I have to return the Knee Brace because of the ineptitude of an employee of a walk- in medical clinic. Amazon went above and beyond sales and service. +++++
