A little flimsy but works. Build quality is not the best but comes with the gas and able to complete the job. You get what you pay for.

I've used this to sear joints before covered oven roasting, which is far more controllable than browning in a pan on a high heat hob. A particular success is pork crackling after slow oven cooking. I nearly did not buy because of the feedback about build quality; all I can say is that if it is treated as a cooking blow torch and not an industrial torch, it works brilliantly. I should add v good value for money.

Total rubbish quality. First blow torch returned after 3 uses, black plastic engaging plug snapped off - still heard nothing from Green Haven. Bought a second blow torch assuming I would get a refund on the first, and No gas flows from Green Haven Butane cans and no ignition anyway even if the Gas was flowing. Very unimpressed by these units, very unimpressed with the lack of contact from Green Haven several weeks after the first unit was returned. On a side issue - I had to pay for the return - the cost of which was nearly 50% of the cost of the unit - I now have paid for 2 units - plus postage and I do not have a blow torch ...brilliant.

Brilliant blowtorch. You can adjust the flame really easily. Excellent value for money Will definitely purchase again. Highly recommend.

Had the blow torch nearly a year, came home today to find the house smelling of gas, the top had worked lose and emptied its contents into the house. I tried to put a new canister on but the top is faulty so have thrown it in the bin!!

This is more like a flame thrower than a cooking torch. Great for burning weeds or lighting fires but not for cooking. The lowest setting is insanely intense. My other cooking torches in the past where much smaller and not as hot burning

Great product. Now I can get the very last out of my gass cans.

You only get top part gas bought seperate but it works great

The blowtorch attachment locks firmly to a butane gas cartridge and is very easy to use. Initially, it worked great without any problems, however after several uses, the igniter stopped working. It still clicks, but no spark is produced to ignite the flame anymore. This isn't a major issue since I can still use a matchstick to ignite the flame manually. While it’s still functional, I expected better durability. I’ve since switched to a different blowtorch attachment. Overall it is a good tool but the igniter issue is a significant drawback.
