Does what it says it does. Includes instructions set in type sizes that are readable even if you have a fever (still have to work at it). Probe cover instructions still blithering, but oh, well. Precise, accurate. Display is readable and color coded helpfully. Instructions are easy to follow, and though it (conservatively) predicts eight seconds for oral use, it's faster, in my experience. Compared to a $10 drugstore cheapy, its worth the $7 price increase for quickness and easiness of use alone (that's really important if you're burning up and head is pounding).

Works well, easy to use and seems to be accurate

It is quick, accurate, and super easy to use, even with a squirmy kid who doesn’t love having their temperature taken. I also really like the simple display and how fast the reading comes up. It gives peace of mind during those middle-of-the-night checks. Highly recommend if you're looking for something straightforward and reliable.

Easy and fast to use

Not accurate. I thought I had a fever all week. I do not have a fever.

Purchased a Braun thermometer for the name brand quality and the item is as expected. A good sized battery for this item should last for a bit and design is comfortable to use. A positive click heard when turning item off and on is helpful too. Comes with just enough instructions which iare helpful also.
