I’m not a health or diet expert. I’m seeing great results with low effort, but have made a number of dietary changes along with taking a few Thorne products. They were recommended to me and I have nothing bad to say about any of them. I’ve had no relatable side effects, they smell and taste fine, don’t seem overly expensive for what seems to be a premium product, and assume they are effective as I’m seeing results. I’ll continue to buy these.

While I feel I've had better supplementals before in terms of apparent efficacy, I will say that I value Thorne's commitment to honest labeling and lab testing. Packaging and pills are great standard size and have no taste. In terms of energy and mood, I would say these are good for a 'slow burn' approach - I feel that (as opposed to surges with other brands) these apply evenly over the course of the day and my mood is much more stable. Would buy again when on sale.

I love and trust the Thorne brand, so I was willing to give this supplement a 2 bottle, 2 month trial, which is quite an investment for just one product. Well, if it did anything, it was nothing I could feel or detect after two months of daily use. But instead of giving up immediately, I wrote to Thorne and asked what benefits I might expect to see/feel if I continued use and the product was "working" for me, while also understanding there are no guarantees. Seemed like a perfectly reasonable and straightforward question, so Thorne's reply seemed strange and surprising: they told me to discuss it with my doctor. Hmmmmm. That non-answer convinced me to discontinue use of a $42/month supplement. Of course, YMMV, as comments below will attest, but this was my disappointing experience.
