Not just for babies. Excellent product
I have a slightly different use case. I don’t have a kid but a 72 year old sister with dementia who lives in my house. When I go out for longer than a couple hrs I can let her caregiver know and she will open up the app and check in on her so I can have some time off. I have other cameras as well but this one is excellent. My caregiver, from her home, opens the app and can monitor my sis and run over if there is a problem. Heck, even a sibling back east can log in and check in on her. I had no problem setting it up. The app is easy to use (though baby-centric but that’s ok), and the quality of the pic is excellent. You can pan/tilt the camera as well so I have great vision of the house and her usual sitting places. I’ve just ordered another camera for a different part of the house. I can see this camera being used to check on a parent, a new puppy, etc. My only critique is that I couldn’t find anywhere if there is a size limit for the memory card. If you want to pay back video you have to have a memory card inserted in to the camera. Else it’s just real time. The app works on iPhone and iPad. The monitor that comes with it is also excellent. And the night vision, like other reviews, is excellent. I’m super impressed. Highly recommend this product.

Love this baby monitor
This is a great baby monitor! The ability to not only have the actual screen monitor but have it on your phone too is amazing! The screen has a long battery life which is amazing it doesn’t have to be plugged in all the time. You are able to zoom in and out to see better. It has sound notifications but you can also hear very clearly off of the screen or your phone. Super functional easy to use. Great value for your money definitely recommend worth the price.

Better battery ever
Just loved! Easy to setup, the battery life is great and keeps for 10 hours. The quality is excellent and the image is perfect. I’ll buy one more to use in my other room

Works for us!!
The quality of this camera is so good! I wanted something that I could access from work, but didn’t want to have to give someone else the login if they were watching him. We were recommended the Nanit a lot, but ultimately skipped out because it didn’t have a separate monitor. A bit pricey, but so worth it! The mic function is VERY clear compared to other monitors I’ve used while babysitting kiddos. The functions of the camera work really well. Night vision doesn’t degrade the quality whatsoever. Temperature and motion detection sensitivity can be adjusted easily in the app.

Buy something better
Save your money and go with something better. The camera constantly loses Bluetooth connection and now it’s started freezing up on me. I also can’t connect on the app to view the camera (I have the 2.4 and still it doesn’t even register). I wanted to exchange for a replacement but the company needs the order number which I don’t have because it was a gift off my baby registry. I don’t have the heart to ask the person who bought it for me for the number because they were so happy to get it for me. Also the newest is I hear it clicking and sounds like the camera is moving when the monitor is off in another room. I had even purchased another one (prior to these issues) for my parents house and experienced similar issues and had to return that one.

Great Baby Camera, But Missing Critical Feature
We really loved this baby camera — the video quality is excellent, the night vision works great, and the overall design and features are thoughtfully made for parents. The only reason we returned it was the lack of motion alerts. For a baby monitor, this is a crucial feature. As new parents, we rely on those alerts for peace of mind when we’re not actively watching the screen. It’s surprising that this camera doesn’t offer motion notifications, especially since many of the brand’s other models do. It seems like a software limitation that could easily be resolved. I even reached out to their customer care team to ask if motion alerts might be added in a future update, but they said they didn’t know. Considering other users have shared similar feedback, I really hope the company takes this seriously and considers implementing it. If it had motion alerts, we would’ve absolutely kept it. Unfortunately, without that functionality, it just didn’t meet our needs.

Best baby monitor I’ve bought
This is the best baby monitor out of all the ones I’ve tried. It’s compared to hellobaby one but this one is so much easier to use, and so much more clear

Disappointing
I really wanted to love this monitor because I’ve had great experiences with other Momcozy products. After trying a few baby monitors without much success (Vtech, motorola, etc...), I was convinced this would finally be the one. I used the Infant Optics DXR-8 for nearly ten years and only decided to switch because I wanted a monitor with a WiFi/phone viewing option—which, in my opinion, still offers some of the best quality on the market. Since Infant Optics doesn’t offer phone viewing, I started looking elsewhere. Unfortunately, the Momcozy monitor just didn’t live up to its advertising. The daytime picture is crystal clear, but once it switches to night mode, the screen becomes very faded—almost like a soft gray wash—making it difficult to clearly see the room. The screen also blacks out fairly often, and the sound volume is very low, even on the highest setting. For the price, I didn’t feel it was worth it, especially considering it’s far from a polished or “perfect” product. It definitely needs some improvements. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this monitor. Perhaps a higher-end model performs better, but for now, I’ll be sticking with the Babysense monitor. The quality is excellent—my only complaint is the lack of ANR—but aside from that, it’s a solid and reliable unit.
