Great for strength and stretching out

I bought these for my dip tower and they are the perfect add on. Was only able to to a few dips with them at first now I can easily do 30 in a set. Was a perfect addition to the tower to add some difficulty to my workouts. They feel very sturdy and have been using them for a few months now. The green looks really cool as well.

So far this has held up great. I am small so I cannot see how it would hold up with the big person. But I have been hanging on it several times a day since I got it and my back is stretching out and I am building up my endurance.

I'm an athlete at UCF and I go pretty hard on all the fitness gear I buy from Amazon. These have held up and ao far it's been great. Cheap and very sturdy. I was weighing 195 and I do things from pushups to dips to chinuos to inverted hanging rows to dropping. Great rings.

Love them. Kids love them. Adjusting the height is easy once you get the hang if it.

Pretty simple product really. Rings and adjustable straps included. I can mount it anywhere, even 15 feet above.

straps were longer then u expected so the was a great surprise. The rings are solid and preformed great.

Great for my 4 year old gymnast!
