Perfect for racquetball
Absolutely love these shoes. I was in the market for a new pair after recently taking up racquetball and getting runners toe the first day. So I did some research (thanks chatgpt), to compare various brands and styles. This was among the shoes recommended by chatgpt and also on a few racquetball reddit posts. So I did my research and based on cost, landed on these. They are true to size, feel great on my feet, and offer plenty of room in the toe. Would gladly buy these again in a heartbeat. Excellent purchase and quality--highly recommend.

Great for walking around and pickleball
Well made, comfortable, great for pickleball or just walking around. ASICS makes a good looking sneaker that’s functional and at a reasonable cost

Squash players: These are the best!
I've been a squash player for over 50 years and have been through the shoe wars all along the way. Brands come and go; and some change styles. Soon after then the Asics Gel Rockets came out, I bought a pair and liked their comfort, fit, weight, traction and durability. (I've gotten one to two years per pair of Gel Rockets.) Being used to companies changing their shoes, I quickly bought another pair. Eventually, they showed some wear and I converted them to non-squash casual wear. Meanwhile, I needed a pair of all-black walking/running shoes I could take on travel and wear for mor dressy occasions. Again, I bought Asics, same size. The same size as my squash shoes fit perfectly and are still in use after about three years. When it came time to buy new squash shoes, I again turned to Asics. After years of wearing white, I went for more color and bought these peacoat blue/orange babies. They arrived in two days in an original carton and perfect condition. Noting the Amazon 7-day tryout period, I quickly took them onto the court, and found the feel and the traction are just the same as my prior pair. And they look great - the colors on the Amazon page are true. I mention all this because I was concerned about the soles. I have mostly bought squash shoes with the yellow-orange gum soles. They don't mark the court floor and the traction has been consistently outstanding. When I've bought other brands with white or gray soles, I was dissatisfied with the traction or the durability. This new pair has blue soles, so before buying them, I checked with two pros and two other players who have Asics shoes with colored soles. They told me not to worry, and they were right. (They also said that the Asics UpCourt volleyball shoes are not as good for squash.) So, I recommend them, and am now ordering another pair before these colors disappear.

Nice quality, but not top quality, at a great price
Bought these as daily wear shoes, was attracted to the low price. Honestly most of my sport shoes cost 2 to 3 times the price and I believe that these are lower quality shoes, materials seem to be lower grade, but the support and footbed are seem to be good. The fit is good, the value for the money is good. We will have to see how they hold up over the long haul given that the materials of the upper seem to be pretty light.

Super comfortable for pickleball
These were 1/2 size too small in my usual size 11. They are perfect in 11.5, standard width. I play outdoor pickleball on court asphalt, which will test the tread life.

Son used them for volleyball and they comforted his feet and he didn’t twist an ankle!

If it's not for volleyball, use it for driving.
Volleyball isn't my sport like running is. My job requires me to drive for 10 hours a day, and with my previous experience wearing casual shoes or running shoes, the heel is always the weakest point of any shoe worn for so many hours of driving. The reinforced midsole—especially in the heel area—and the non-slip outsole pattern offered by volleyball shoes are unbeatable for driving. These features, along with the non-deformable heel counter, ensure that the foot strike on the ground doesn't deform or damage the shoe when it comes to this model of volleyball shoe. Unfortunately, running shoes are no longer the same size or dimensions they used to be. Now the industry designs and manufactures running shoes in maximalist versions, which has dramatically increased the external dimensions of the sole. Larger heels make driving in running shoes unsafe these days.

Very comfortable and great ankle and side support. Used for playing badminton. The grip is good and so far have not slipped from using this pair of shoes on wooden courts or rubber courts. Size is accurate. Shape has hold up after a year of using about twice a week of badminton for 1.5 hours each time.

Parfait pour le volleyball

This is a decent tennis shoe at a good price. However, be warned it fits narrow. After a month of wearing the shoe, I've come to realize why my feet ache the day after playing pickleball - the toe box is too narrow.

Nice shoes, comfortable fit but the soles are quite slippery on wet floors or concrete.
