Q: Will this work with the brand “gelish?” Or can it work with just any brand out there?

I used white Gellish color with off brand binder base and coat .. worked well for me .. I’ve also use all off brand and worked just as well.

Q: Can I use this nail dryer while charging?

We do not recommend this approach. This will damage the life of the built-in rechargeble battery

Q: Can I use the charger I bought elsewhere?

The charging port of our curing lamp is designed independently, and the charger on the market is not common. Please use the original charger to charge

Q: The lamp can't be charged and keeps beeping, the display prompt an OU code? What should I do?

It is due to the machine's self-protection mechanism. This can occur when a non-original charger is used. The screen might display "OU" and the machine will beep to indicate that you should use the original charger that came with the package.
