Melting chocolate
Great quality of chocolate! I used it to make chocolate covered strawberries and its taste was fabulous without a waxy aftertaste. The chocolate melted smoothly without lumps, and adhered to the strawberries with a beautiful glossy finish. Great value and better than using chocolate chips

Likely to melt during transit in the summer
Good product overall. However, it does not come with instructions whether to microwave or melt over double boiler. Also, as much as I acknowledge that it's 80-90 degrees in the summer, the pieces were all melted in one large blob during transit. I took the delivery inside soon after delivery, its already melted and re-solidified. There's probably no solution to that so be aware. That makes it messy to retrieve from the bag and made a mess over the stove. Fortunately, the blob melted just fine over hot water. If you're using food coloring (oil based) with it, make sure to have plenty on hand. The white pulls the colors. It required a lot a red to make it look red. Blue, green, and purple were fine. Bright colors like yellow and orange worked well.

Beautiful Red Color
I use these in a giant cupcake mold. This product melted easily. The red color is true and bold. Chocolate flavor is an added bonus. I appreciate being able to purchase such a large quantity. I recommend. 10 out of 10 for freshness, texture and quality.

Yummy. I bought these to make dark chocolate and light chocolate chess pieces for an edible chess game. The dark chocolate I ordered came in a big melted glob but these white chocolate pieces were perfect.
