Expected a bit bigger, but great colour to them, must have been look after while packaged and sent

I was quite apprehensive about ordering plants online and wasn’t totally confident on how they would arrive , but I would like to say I got 5 very healthy plants , all packaged very carefully and soil still moist ,a good little purchase and I’m a happy customer , off to get some bigger pots for them 😊

The plants were very well packed and healthy but I would have liked each one to be labelled. To me no labels is a mistake as it is impossible to look up what that particular plans needs.

Very prompt and well packaged delivery. Unexpectedly came in a small cardboard box. The plants are small but are thriving at the moment. No labels though. I had to guess but conifers are a mystery.

Disgusting after sales. Fir trees were nearly dead.
