Using it to reduce a prescription
I’m using to replace my prescription for spironolactone, or at least reduce the dosage. It does work, and since it’s completely natural, much lesser side effects.

If you are looking to do a kidney or liver cleanse this is a great product for you to take. The quality of it is awesome, the taste of it isn't so bad, the value is a great price and it has all natural ingredients. The effectiveness does take place within a few hours so I would stay by a bathroom. If you have a sensitive stomach.

Dandelion capsule
It's nice to have all the goodness of Dandelion in a capsule form instead of having to drink the tea.

Too much of it will pull off electrolytes and cause cramping.
Very helpful with eliminating water weight and bloating. My legs tend to swell due to sitting for long periods and having a blood clot in my left knee. Dandelion keeps my legs looking nice and slim even if I forget to take my blood pressure med. I will continue with it and wean off the Hydrochlorothiazide.
