I purchased this as a gift for my Mom and ended up trying it out! This massager is surprisingly powerful and really works out tight spots in my back and shoulders. The shiatsu kneading feels great, and the heat feature adds extra relief. Easy to use, well made, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. Definitely worth it.

Works Great! For the price it's a great massager. I use it almost daily on my whole back and it really works to loosen tight muscles. Wish it had straps to move it up and down my back. Seated in my rocking chair i have to readjust it with both hands behind my back to raise or lower it. This might not be an issue for you if you only want it for one spot. But i like my whole back done in a 20 minute session. But all in all it does a great job and I feel it's worth every penny. I recommend it.

I have used a different "Z" brand of shiatsu massager for several years because I have chronic back pain. It really helps my pain! I needed a smaller, lighter-weight version that would fit in my suitcase for a month-long trip to Europe. This unit fit the bill! It is not my favorite to use at home, because the heater on it is not that warm. Also, the massage heads are king of pointy, so they can dig uncomfortably into my back. It did fulfill my travel needs, however.

Best massager ever. Gives you a deep tissue massage. Heat and massage function is exactly what I needed.

This massager is working great. I chose the setting combined with the heat, placed it under my right arm/shoulder and it helps a lot for the pain relief. I also bought the heating massager shoulder straps and returned them after trying out this massager.

This is amazing! For the fraction of the price of a massage chair! This is for the back, not the neck there’s a separate device you can buy just for the neck, so don’t pay attention to the people who are complaining if you buy both sets you will be in utter heaven. It’s so amazing. I think the Lord for this amazing gift. Because I was a big fan of the massage chairs at the mall, now I can do it at home without worrying about all the germs

My son gave me this as a gift, and I can’t decide if I like it or not. The shiatsu massage feels okay for loosening up tight muscles, but the heat doesn’t really get warm enough to make a difference. It’s fine for a quick session, but I don’t feel the deep relief I was hoping for. I appreciate the idea and the effort — it’s just not quite as effective as I expected. Probably better as a fun gift than a serious solution for sore muscles.

The Mo Cuishle massage pillow comes in a nice cardboard box with a plastic carrying handle, a standard 110v~240v power adapter, and a seperate car power adapter. The pillow has a soft leather (suprised me) , the quality of which is very good. I first sampled this product at a local store that focuses on the back and the relaxation thereof...I'm sure you can figure out which one. I loved the product but wasn't about to pay 129 dollars for it. You can imagine my surprise when I saw it was available on Amazon for 49 dollars. My biggest concern was the strength of the motor. I.e, how much pressure can you place on it before the motor begins to whirl from too much weight. I'm not a huge guy, 190 pounds on a 6 foot frame, but big enough to potentially strain the device depending on my sitting position and area where the pillow is placed. Let me tell you, I've placed this device underneath my thighs while sitting in an office chair and the balls kept rolling albeit a little bit slower. Now, it remains to be seen the long term stress this places on the motor but so far so good. I use it on multiple spots everyday; thighs, back, and neck specifically. There is no heat adjustment setting, however, the heat is absolutely perfect for me, between the high and medium setting on my heating pad (high being too hot for long term, medium being too cold). The operaton couldn't be simpler, a single push on the only button turns heat on and off, 1 seconds to turn off. The message action is wonderfull, The advantage of the pillow over a full message chair is the ability to place the pillow exactly where you need relief, instead of having to adjust your body to a fixed chair (or go thru a seperate setup proccess). The portability of the pillow is also a nice plus, its small and portable (you can even use the box it comes in for storage and transportation) with a convienent strap for attaching it to your car seat if desired. Overall this pillow did the trick for me, relieved my back pain and saved me lots of money over a message chair.I'm extremely happy with the purchase thus far and finding it for 100 dollars cheaper is the icing on the cake. I will update my review over the next few months paying special attention to the life of the internal motor. Happy relaxation!
