Xlear Nasal Spray, Natural Saline Nasal Spray with Xylitol, Nose Moisturizer for Kids and Adults, 45ml (Pack of 2)

I’ve been using this Xlear nasal spray twice a day for a few months now. In the morning when I wake up, and at night before bed. It’s actually made a real difference in keeping my nose clear, especially during allergy season. The combination of saline and xylitol feels gentle yet effective, and I appreciate that it’s simple, natural, and doesn’t sting. When my nose is dry or irritated in any way, I instinctively grab this stuff now. Keep in mind, if you use it too much it can dry out your nose. If you've used this stuff before, you know exactly why I'm giving it 5 stars.

Xlear Natural saline nasal spray with xylitol works surprisingly better than other natural saline sprays I’ve tried. In addition to decongesting well, it actually reduces the inflammation in my nose, and reduces redness around the corners of my eyes associated with the inflammation.

works good when my sinus is aching.. use it only when it is bad otherwise your system gets use to it & the effect is not as noticeable

I have been using XLEAR nasal spray at bedtime for several years. It has changed my sleep patterns for the good ! I no longer wake-up several times a night with nasal congestion which impedes my breathing. My sleep studies show improved sleep apnea and I have been able to put off going the CPap route of treatment. In addition, I keep a bottle in my car to use before and after a store visit, to kill any viral bacteria I might encounter while shopping. It is definitely a defensive habit in lieu of the annual flu vaccine. I haven’t been sick in more than 2 years.
