Now I only ever use these for overhead tricep extensions on a cable machine which is something I do twice per week. They work as intended, the straps are long enough that I can extend both my arms in a V-shape over my head, I'm 5'9 or 175cm.In the 7 months I've been using these I haven't seen any noticeable wear and tear.I also like the design, it's not something I have to grip so I can put more effort into the targeted muscle.

It's a great strap, I went for the longer version and you probably should too. The inside strap is good length for push downs and the outer strap for things like overhead extensions with the extra length.I use it for push downs, overhead extensions, forearm pronation, curls, and tbh I want to use it for more.The strap is extremely comfortable, soft, feels really nice in the hand. It's definitely way easier on the wrist in terms of injuries, I have slightly dodgy wrists but I have ZERO issues with this one.It's beautiful to use, my favourite bit of gym gear. Been using it for about 3 months now. Elite piece of gear would recommend 10/10.

Had one of these in my old gym and new gym had no attachments at all initially, perfect for a work, Tricep pushdowns for both arms and single and works great for face pulls. Folds up neatly and often asked by people on my gym if they can borrow it.

A fantastic addition to my training kit. I'm mainly using it for triceps and back training. You get a great contraction on tricep push-downs and zero elbow pain. After watching a few YouTube videos with some pro athletes using it, I thought it may be a gimmick but I was mistaken. Definitely give it a go, especially for the price :)

This allows you to get some better extensions, the ability to go wider allows your body to no longer be in the way when doing certain exercises. the build quality is top notch and i don’t see it failing fir a long time.
