Great for feijoada, holds its shape and tastes amazing
I bought this specifically to make Brazilian feijoada, and it worked really well. The flavor is smoky and savory without being overpowering, and it blends perfectly into the dish. One thing I really liked is that it doesn’t deform or fall apart, even after cooking in the pressure cooker. The slices stayed intact and had a great texture, which is important for feijoada.
