I started taking these with some skepticism, but I'm a convert! I've gone about halfway through the bottle and have a noticeable reduction in joint discomfort. I have bad knees, and being only 31, have already torn my meniscus a few times in my lifetime. The most recent tear never seemed to have healed completely and left me with weakness and stiffness, as well as crepitus. I couldn't sit for long periods without discomfort, and forget about squatting! I alternate between taking 1 and 2 pills a day with food and plenty of water. These pills are very large, but that doesn't bother me as I don't have difficulty swallowing pills. I do like that these have a higher dosage of active ingredients per pill than others, so even if they are huge, i get more bang for my buck. I will continue to use this product.
