This is one of my favorite teas. It has a beautiful flavor & it's easy to prepare.

My story is that I was lucky enough to taste citron honey tea at a Korean restaurant and I immediately wanted to go back to have some more. Since my husband said we had to wait a bit before we are going back (I mean we can't go there every day can we?), I decided to buy this so I could solve the problem of craving this delicious experience. To be honest this tea is the most comforting, aromatic citrus tea you can imagine. It is not overly sweet and when you open the jar you will notice the citron fragrance that is like a delicate perfume. So this is the concentrate that you add to hot water to make a "tea," but there is no brewing involved. It is simply like a citrus marmalade that melts into the hot water. Apparently you can melt it in cold water too - I just haven't tried it since I love it warm. I find this is best with 3-4 teaspoons of concentrate in one mug or cup of hot water. You will have to adjust it to taste and that is easy enough. I'm so happy I was able to find this online as I can't live without it. Citron seems to be like the combination of lemon, orange and mandarin. It is very delicious and when you finish your cup of "tea" you will see the citron peels in the bottom. Don't toss them out, use a spoon to eat them. They are very tasty. I hope you will enjoy this as much as I have and will continue to.
