This stuff is nasty. It tastes fake, and not the good kind of fake like the cheapo Easter bunny chocolates. Its more of a chemical taste and it leaves a coating in your mouth when you eat it. I have no idea how this gets such good ratings.

This chocolate was a dream to work with to make my homemade maple creams, raspberry creams, peanut butter balls and caramels. It was smooth and creamy, but thin enough to dip my candy completely. I will definitely buy this brand again!!!
