Does this multi remove the need to take other micro nutrient supplements - e.g. additional zn, mg, vitamin d etc?

In my case, yes. I get enough zinc, magnesium and vitamin D3 from Triumph. I still supplement with additional magnesium and vitamin D during some months. Check the label - you can get it on Legion's website, or from Google - and see if it meets your needs.
