Nice features and batteries are common AA rechargeables.
We replaced an old phone that had less than 1 hour on a charged battery. This will last for hours without re-charging, and if I need to, I have more batteries around the house I can recharge with no waiting in-between batteries. Also the contact syncing with Ooma, and the virtual 2nd line is a great surprise. If someone's on this handset on a call, other phones still ring.

I have the Ooma system and I really like the phone. It is nice to see who is calling just by the picture on the screen. I have had no problems with this phone at all.

Couldn't add it to my current system.
I tried, without success. I had a man try to do it for me. He called the number given, but they said I would have to buy a new base. Why, when my 4 previous phones worked just fine? I just need an extra phone for the basement. The man that was helping me also said the person we called for help was yacking with someone else near him about something unrelated, instead of focusing on my problem.

Happy Ooma User
Been using Ooma about 9 years now, works very good and is a great money saver too. I just upgraded my Telo to a new Telo Air 2 and bought 3 HD3 handsets. The new HD3 handset is nice, a great handset to use with Ooma. I like the styling and features of the HD3.

Perfect sound quality! I like I can sync my cell phone to this and all my contacts. My house is approximately 3800 sq ft. and I have no coverage loss. I also like you can use IFTT with it and make you’re hue lights blink when someone calls.
