Easy set up. Rapid heat up

Set up was great. Enjoyed it already! So far everything is working, sturdy, and the jet force is surprisingly wonderful for a portable hot tub.Delivery was quick and just in time for our hot weekend. Perfect timing!As discribed and better.Using a tarp for water cover, but thinking of a solar cover. Windy here, so it keeps the leaves etc out. Cover is heavy, so it would be easier. Overall a great item.

This item more than met my expectations heats up faster than our old "namebrand" easy set up only thing I can nit pick is hose quality is not great seem very fragile I wrapped them in t-rex silicone tape for my own better feeling. And filters seem proprietary but are available on Amazon. I would rather they were available local store but other than that am loving this product.

Item came easy to assemble but stopped working on the second day. I have said numerous emails to the company and have yet to get a response about a replacement or a refund. I advise not to get this item from the seller

The media could not be loaded. One of my best Amazon purchases. Bigger than I expected. I thought it was for a single person but it fits 2 ppl with extra room. Once set up, I added 2/3 water from a hose and 1/3 hot water from the sink to speed up the process. Cover the lid. Set it to 100 degrees and in an hour it was warm enough to get in. The material is like a tuff plastic similar to an inflatable Intex boat I own. Surprisingly the bottom is very cushy and comfortable to sit on. Probably helped that I put it on faux grass. The controls on the panel were easy enough to figure out. Heat, bubbles, etc… the cost is reasonable to the size. I’m loving that it can pack away nice and neat when not in use. Can’t wait to have another dip in it tonight.

When I received my hot tub i filled it up, warmed it up and got in it and enjoyed it for a day. The next morning I realized it had a leak. I contacted them and they were quick to respond with a few different ways to solve my issue. Which indeed was solved, and I am extremely pleased!

Easy set up, simple to fill and use. Overall thumbs up experience.

I work all day and it's hard on my back and body but once I get into this I melt. love love thanks to whomever came up with this Especially? for someone with little founds.
