Great. 4days up and growing

Planted alongside other marigold seeds I purchased elsewhere and NONE of these seeds sprouted. I mean not a single one! The other marigold seeds that I purchased elsewhere are thriving. I re-planted these seeds in a different location and once again I received NO sprouts! Complete waste of my money.

The description stated that it would be fine to plant these in my area My zone gets really hot sunny days and sometimes we get a lot of wind and fortunately these do not hold up to the sun well

Out of 45 seeds planted, only 3 germinated. This was with a high quality grow light, seedling mat, and appropriate soil conditions. I am no horticulturist, but I have had great success with other brands in the past. It is possible that some of the seeds in the mix are old. If you are just going to sprinkle some in an empty patch of dirt, you may or may not see a sprout or two. Don’t spend your money on this, as the volume of seeds does not have value if the germination rate is so low.

So far so good. Prompt delivery. Will see if they grow once planted.

The only reason I gave this a 2 star is because only 4 grew out of planting 3 seeds each in a 40 pod tray with led lighting. Very disappointed. I have been growing seeds for years and never experienced this before.
