These tasted so good and I do think they work, they put me to sleep so it’s effective. I feel drugged and kind of hungover slightly when I wake up but that’s consistent with any sleep aid you take. This is nice, I like it a lot.

I love all of the olly vitals but especially these magnesium gummies. They taste just like candy! I typically chew four (the recommended dosage) closer to the night time to help me relax and go to bed. I find these gummies are soupy great to help relax.

I love these so much. They help me sleep through the night and they're affordable. Tastes great, but wish they weren't covered in so much sugar. But since the product works so we'll for me, I'll put up with that.

Bit pricey for the amount of gummies you get, but I like everything else about these: the flavor is good, the texture is tons more tolerable than others I've taken, and I feel like I sleep better at night and more regular when I take them.

I'm a big fan of olly products. I've found myself to be far more consistent with taking daily vitamins/supplements when I can take them in a gummy form. Primarily I like that I can take the product on an empty stomach without nausea since I'm not a big breakfast person. I suffer from bad migraines and adding magnesium to my daily routine has made a huge difference in my quality of life. I found this olly brand of magnesium met my supplement need as I didn't have migraine flare up when I switched to this product but I did end up changing back to a swallowed pill for a few reasons: 1. A lot of sugar. Not all olly products have an additional sugar coating on the outside of the product and I was disappointed that this one did. I already take an olly everyday chewable vitamin and I don't need to start my day with 10 grams of sugar just from my vitamin supplements. I ended up running these gummies under water in my sink to try and remove excess sugar before eating them. 2. The texture of these gummies was more grainy than other olly products I've had. I did not enjoy the mouth feel for how these dissolved in my mouth and also felt they stuck to my teeth more than other olly products. 3. Large daily dose and only 15 days worth of product. The serving size for this product is 4 gummies. I am more accustomed to olly products being a 1-2 gummies per serving so I was surprised when it said 4 daily and only had 2 weeks worth of product for the price point. As I take this product to prevent migraines it's an everyday supplement which made this product a high price point compared to other brands.

I take these an hour before bedtime, and they really relax me.And help me to fall asleep.One night I forgot to take them and was tossing and turning.So got up and took them and within 30 minutes or so I was asleep.
