I looooove this powder!!! I am dairy sensitive and wanted a powder that dissolved better in water than most other protein powders because they almost always turn out clumpy despite how adamantly they claim it doesn't. I personally like to mix this up in a shaker bottle after a workout then pop the lid and let it settle for a couple minutes as it does become quite foamy from shaking. So easy. I like how I am not only getting protein but also more water to help meet both my protein and water goals for the day while not adding unnecessary carbs. It is gentle on my stomach and tastes amazing! It isn't too sweet, and you can make the flavor more pronounced by using less water of course, but I like to use 16-20 oz of water. It is great quality though fairly pricey at almost $1.60 per serving, but I have purchased this twice, both times on sale, and will buy a third when I finish the current container or when there's another sale.

I’ve ordered the Isopure Clear Protein in the Citrus Lemonade flavor multiple times, and it’s easily my favorite clear protein. I’ve tried several other clear protein options because this is my preferred way to get protein in after a workout, and this one stands out above the rest. It mixes extremely well with water and stays completely smooth—no clumps or gritty texture, which I’ve experienced with other clear proteins. That alone makes it much more enjoyable to drink consistently. The taste is excellent and very refreshing. It truly tastes like lemonade rather than a typical protein shake, which is a big plus post-workout. From a nutrition standpoint, this one also delivers. It has fewer calories and more protein than many other clear proteins I’ve tried, making it a great option when I want something light but effective. It’s also easy on my stomach, with no digestive issues after drinking it. Overall, this is a high-quality clear protein that tastes great, mixes easily, and delivers strong nutritional value. Given the quality and performance, I think it’s a very good value for the price and one I’ll continue to repurchase.

I needed some way to get in additional protein after a surgery, as my vegetarian diet wasn't cutting it, but I HATE the texture and flavor of common protein powders - chalky, in texture and flavor, with an indescribably unpleasant aftertaste, in my opinion. This really does cut that problem in half. There is absolutely no chalkiness, it at least looks and feels just like crystal light, and it still does the job. (Note: it is NOT vegetarian, so don't order this if you're a *strict* vegetarian. I make exceptions when it doesn't look or taste like an animal.) I did not love the flavor. I got the fruit punch flavor and it kind of tastes good for a moment, but has a very bitter aftertaste. In my opinion it DOESN'T taste just like crystal light, contrary to some of the other reviews. At least, that was my experience. I have noticed that I'm a lot more sensitive to bitter flavors than other people in my life, so you may not experience that at all. But if you ARE sensitive to bitter flavors, be prepared to drink this as quickly as possible. It still beats a chalky powder drink, and it's much easier to chug, so considering just how much I dislike every other option, I'm considering this 4 stars even though I dislike the flavor. Most people will probably like this better than me because of my picky taste buds, so I do think it is deserved.

I have ordered this many times. I usually dilute it more than they suggest because it is a very strong flavor. Not a bad flavor at all, just strong. I do not know if I could mix with something, as I have not looked into it. It says it is protein, and I do drink it, but it does not fill me. It is just a good hydration. I have only tried the berry. I want to try to lemon but I am afraid it would be too acidic.

Wow. I’m going to start out by saying I have always loathed protein shakes. They are thick, overly sweet, and pretty rough on my stomach. It has always been a chore to get one down and I would feel terrible afterwards. Not anymore. This product is a game changer for me. Consistency is just a little thicker than water. Very easy to get down. Flavor is amazing! I can only speak to the mango lime so far, but it’s like drinking a refreshing lemonade. It’s not overly sweet, In fact it’s a little tart. I make it with cold refrigerated water. I think that is the way to go. Shake it up real well in a blender bottle (shaker bottle) and then LET IT SIT for a few minutes. Every thing dissolves and it’s perfectly mixed and clear after a few minutes. I actually enjoy the drink. Can you believe that?! While one could chug it very easily, I like to take my time and enjoy it. I’ve been having one with every meal. I will be trying a new flavor soon, because the mango lime seems to only be available in the smaller size and I go through it quickly. So bottom line is even if I didn’t enjoy the fantastic flavor, it would be easy to chug down my 20 ounces in just a few seconds and I would still give it 5 starts because it’s sooo easy to get down.

Isopure clear protein is my go-to. I absolutely do not consume enough food in a day that would get me into the grams of protein I need. I am on a strict weight management plan and this is a life saver for me. I have used this as well as the tropical punch and I like the lemonade flavor better. It’s like a watered down lemonade if that makes sense, not too sweet. I think I drink it faster as well. Because one scoop is under 100 calories, I make two drinks a day to supplement protein intake along with a balanced diet. This is great to bring into a hot yoga class or any high intensity workout where your body wants you to drink. Sometimes it can be tough to take down protein drinks but this makes it easy. I use the amount of water recommended and I use a blender bottle that has the little mixer ball in it. That way, i shake the cup and all the powder mixes up nicely and dissolves quickly. The better value is the larger size jug and sometimes I use 3/4 of a scoop if I want it to be less tart. This is a quick way to get 20g protein ! (Pro tip- it’s even better when you add ice or keep it refrigerated and add a lemon slice or two).

Taste good and better than the creamy protein type but it does not mix well at all. If you use a fork it ends up in thick clumps. I had to put it in a blender but then that creates alot of air foam bubbles and it takes about 30 minutes for the foam to sink into the drink to where it can be consumed without all the foam. So the process is more intensive if you want to enjoy this.

Sooo it does have that weird peotien after taste which sucks but its not terrible enough for me to not want to drink it. It does have a refreshing taste to it. I dont really like thise thick protien drinks never been my thing so I went this route; way better for me in my opinion. Im not mad about it but it could be better. There was also a review about chunks you have to use a Shaker bottle and make sure you mix it well or the chunks will happen.
