I only received half the item. Missing ltems!

Cap works, DOESN'T BLOCK!! glossier chapstick exploded everywhere.
The cap itself works and is pretty cute but the inside stopper doesn't work. My glossier dotcom squeezed all out into the cap and it looks like it exploded. It got so messy and I'm really disapointed. You might as well make your own keychain for it instead of buying a cap for it. I havn't had the same problem with my summer friday though, hoping its going to work better
