Great product! My cat was having difficulty keeping his whiskers out of the water & kept moving his plastic water bowl, so I decided to buy a water fountain. I chose this one based on other reviews, & I 'm glad I purchased it. It was very easy to set up. I like that it's stainless steel, easier to clean, has filters, so the water is always fresh. It comes with a mat to put underneath to keep the floor clean. I have not had any issues with any splashing at all. It is VERY quiet--I can't hear the motor running at all. My cat is generally opposed to anything new or noisy, but he used it right away. Definitely worth the money!

So far great! I had bought a plastic cat fountain (2.8l) previously and although my cats (2) loved it the plastic had gotten stains and looked crusty and was hard to clean. Got this one stainless steel to have a cleaner option for my cats. Also has a higher water capacity than my previous. This one also comes with a plastic placemat . Very quiet and easy to assemble. Also has the option to change the spout from the flower to flat surface . Should add that one of my cats is very long haired and had issues with the amount of hair that worked its way into my previous fountain and keep it clean daily. Stainless steel is easier to clean and sanitize with the types of cats I have .

Great fountain. Very quiet and easy to clean. I had the plastic version for years and it just got gross and hard to clean. The only downfall to this one is it doesn’t have the little wall to hold the pump in place like the plastic one so the pump sometimes seems to slide all over. Other than that its a great fountain and my dogs & cats love it.

Very happy with purchase. I had previous purchased the Veken water fountain that was plastic and was very pleased with it. We have had it for over 2 years with no issues. Water retention was very good, only needed to refill it every few days. Disassembling and reassemble to clean all of the parts was easy and filters were readily available to purchase through Amazon. After 2+ years of use, the motor started to sound quite loud but still worked like a champ. We only had to replace it as the base got a crack from something being dropped on it. I decided to upgrade to the stainless steel and couldn't be happier. It is even easier to clean and a little brush was provided to help with cleaning. Motor is so quiet, we can't even hear it! Cat loves it and it looks very sleek (an unexpected plus). It looks just like the pictures showed. It even has separate buttons for the light and the pump (the other model only had an on/off switch. Maybe because it was an older model?). Overall very pleased with the purchase and highly recommend.

I like the idea of a fountain but I never wanted to buy one because I don't want to have to clean it all the time. Unfortunately my crazy little one and a half year old Siamese loves to drink out of a running faucet. I was going away for a few days and was worried about him not drinking water, or at least enough water, out of a regular dish. So I took the plunge and bought this one. It took a couple of days but he got into it and it works great. It's not noisy. When I first set it up there was a noise but after the first time I cleaned it, it wasn't noisy at all. Not sure what I did differently. When there is a noise it sounds like water dripping from a faucet and sometimes I can hear the low vibrating sound of the filter. I don't think either sound is bothersome. It needs to be cleaned once a week and the filter needs to be changed every two weeks. It also says somewhere that it should be replaced every two years. My 8-year-old tortie is not interested and still drinks out of her regular dish. Luckily she's easy going. My little crazy Siamese, not so much. Luckily he's adorable, sweet and has a great personality!

The multi-stage filtration system does a great job keeping the water clean and fresh, and I appreciate the leak-proof construction. No puddles, no stress. Overall, this feels like a thoughtfully designed, high-quality fountain that makes staying hydrated easier for my pet — and easier for me to maintain. Definitely recommend!

So the pump out of the box didn't work at all. But I was able to contact the seller and they quickly sent me a replacement one that works great. I'm pleased with how responsive they were and how they genuinely seemed to want to make things right. They even offered a refund on top of the new pump. Now that the pump is working, my cats are loving the fountain. I like that it's all stainless steel so I can easily put it in the dishwasher instead of having to hand wash.
