Used these on some cabinets built in my garage. I was using old wood pieces for the doors that were a bit thicker than I would normally use for a project of this type. These hinges gave me the clearance needed to open fully.Instructions not great, but if needed, you can find instructions for various hinge styles online.Felt sturdy enough for doors that had a bit of weight to them. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Because they get the door panels away from the frame and let it open wide even when folded, these of hinges are perfect for folding doors. They are truly heavy duty, with a hydraulic piston making for a soft close that eliminates the chance of pinched fingers. I'm using them to redo the trap doors to my attic, but they would also be useful for corner cabinets (with or without lazy-susan inserts) or outside basement entry doors.

Real nice cabinet hinges. Look and feel like it's made from high quality material. I do wish the directions were a little more clear.

Without getting too into the weeds on hinge geometry, I plan to use these for a thicker door (1-1/2") with very small clearances around the door. It is also a situation that SOSS style hinges are not really practical. From making a test panel, it looks like these hinges will allow the door to open just enough to clear the opening before it starts to project forward (out) on the hinge side. The hinges are pretty solid and I think they will hold up well. Overall, for a specific use case, these seem like a pretty good deal. They do also come with some basic but useful instructions, although I have found that making a dummy or test set-up is a lot more accurate than relying on measurements to install hinges like these.

These suckers are heavy duty all right. I will post pics when they are hung with the doors on.

The media could not be loaded. These hinges are perfect for my cubby doors. I needed hinges that would initially push the door outward to clear the frame while still allowing a wide opening, and these did the job flawlessly. When fully opened, they fold down neatly, maximizing space in the doorway. To achieve a low-profile look when fully open, I installed them backward, and they still worked great!
