Battery weak, not 80% as promised
Battery was "nearing its useful life" as reported by Dell Power Manager, and definitely NOT 80% as promised by Amazon Used policy. Battery lasted only 1/2 day and had to be charged frequently.I had to buy replacement battery straight away, 150-280 AED on Amazon.Other than that; good laptop, touchscreen, lightweight, keyboard lighting, whatnot to like.

The worst experience.
★☆☆☆☆ Terrible Experience – Do Not Buy!I purchased the Dell Latitude 7000 7420 (Renewed) from star used computers tr llc, and it was a complete disappointment.• Battery is completely dead – the laptop doesn’t hold any charge at all and works only when plugged in, which defeats the purpose of a laptop.• Fan noise is unbearable – it constantly makes a loud, heavy sound like it’s overworking even when the system is idle. Very distracting and annoying.• Despite being described as “renewed,” this device clearly hasn’t been properly tested or refurbished. It feels more like a used and neglected machine being resold.• For the price I paid, I expected at least basic functionality. This is not acceptable.• Laptop doesn’t detect wireless Mouse as well.Highly disappointed. Do not waste your money on this seller or product.
