Kept my daughter occupied for a good few hours. Really enjoyed building it. Looks good on the bookshelves. Good value for money. All pieces clearly marked to put together.

I’m currently undergoing chemo and am trying to fill my time with creativity and this was perfect for that. I took my time to get it exactly right and completed it in about 9 hours. You do have to read the instructions very carefully, I attached a door too early and when it came to fixing it all together totally understood why it needed to go on last and had to saw a piece off with a knife. So much fun to build and love looking at it every day. Don’t hesitate to buy, it’s adorable

This arrived on time and in good condition. The laser cut wooden sheets are good quality. I recommend a large working area. You’ll need 3x AA batteries to test the lights - follow those instructions carefully . After that, just follow the assembly instructions which are clear and comprehensive. There’s no painting but quite a bit of gluing so let the (supplied) super glue dry for a few minutes before handling those pieces again. It gets a tiny bit fiddly at the end as it all comes together but I really enjoyed making it.This is a highly detailed and beautiful little Christmas decoration and fits a standard bookshelf.

We have a lot of these little book nooks now and this was the 3rd of 4 of these specific 'Magic House' ones. We have loads of bookshelves around the house, so we want as many of these as we can muster to make the bookshelves extra special, and they do not disappoint! These one's also appealed because they come with LED lights which a lot of the others don't, so this was a nice touch. It was also giving Harry Potter vibes, and they were a must for the collection!This also comes with wax, sandpaper (to smooth out rough edges) and GLUE, GLUE! A lot of these do not come with glue, so this was a nice refreshing change!Firstly, everything is packaged really well and there's a set of detailed instructions included in the pack as well, this is really appreciated!This was really complicated to put together (though your experience may be different), and took a lot of time, more than I'd like to admit, to be honest. Some of the pieces are so small and intricate that it's a little bit fiddly. This is not in any way an easy or a straightforward build, so the people who say that either build these for a living or haven’t built it at all. The design and quality of the materials are really good as well, for some pieces you can stick it on with just a standard glue stick but for others you will need more of a stronger glue with a stronger adhesive (especially for the larger pieces). I also love the adorable little cat it comes with and the other little nicknacks to make the magic room stand out, it’s pretty awesome overall :DThe LED lights it comes with are self-assembly (and you need batteries), this was also a faff to put together and get right, definitely a bit of an overwhelming challenge, but we got there in the end!Overall, pretty great, and a decent challenge. The quality of this product has surprised me. It all fitted together perfectly and looks great! The instructions were clear and easy to follow.

This is a truly magical piece! I love this so much. It is beautiful and well thought out. The put together is fiddly but thoroughly enjoyable. The lights work well and are a very sweet addition. Overall I’m super impressed as it’s very well made

It's an enjoyable set and took me around 8 hours to assemble. The intricacy of the detail is impressive, and overall, it was fun and rewarding to build. Recommend.
