These are a tasty little treato for long runs! I like to mix it up taking gummies and gels. Sometimes I might just take the packet (2 servings) at once and they give the energy I need to continue and don’t make my tummy feel funny.

I received the delivery on the exact date as stated during the purchase. That was great. However the expiration date of the whole box of GU Energy Chews is 24th May - a bit more than three months from the date, on which I received them. That was a bit disappointing. I don't eat chews during each of my long runs and this now pretty much forces me to do so in order to use all of the 12 bags in the box before the expiration date.
