Great hot water pot. The best in my opinion.
Name brand. Works well. Controls temperature well, Good lock to prevent kids to use . Lots of capacity for 4 people household. Good value. I use. Reverse osmosis water in it, which is slightly acidic, which prevents calcium buildup. If you use regular tap water, just remember to use some vinegar solution and run it thru the pot after soaking it, and it will dissolve the calcium deposits.

A very fine product. It is very quite, and keeps water hot. I ma happy with it.

Work good so far. I bought to replace my old unit because I cannot find the reasonable priced spare part to repair. Be mindful that repair part is pricey and difficult to find. Corporate website is not helpful either. Thus, I am skeptic about getting warranty work if need.

Bad Service
We recieved the item 20 min ago: A large chip has broken off and was missing from the top of the boiler unit. No power cord was included in the shipment.

Great Value and Function
I love this water boiler. My coworkers and I use it daily, mainly for hot water for tea. It's reliable and easy to use. The cleaning is simple and they have a path for descaling (deeper cleaning). I wanted to get a Zojirushi brand boiler to replace our decade old boiler and this was excellent both in features and price. It has a button to depress that pumps the water vs a mechanical pump. I was fine with that and actually prefer the simplicity, but wanted to note that is a key difference from other models. For the price, it made sense that the water output was controlled that way and we like it.

Not perfect
I bought mine quite more than 3 yrs ago at a much lower price from Amazon. It boils a full pot pretty fast and the quality is good. However, it seems to not create enough pressure to force a good amount of the water out when you press the pump; you sort of have to quickly pump a few times to build up the pressure. This could be related to the fact the lid isn't perfectly tight, so some of the pressure may just escape when you press the pump. I'm not sure if it's just a design flaw or quality control issue.
