I find this product perfect for easing tired muscles. It is very quiet so I tend to use it when I’m watching tv. My only adverse comment would be that there is nothing to tell you which attachment to use for certain muscles or areas that you want to work on. I know that probably sounds strange but for untrained people using it, it’s quite possible that you just might not be using the right attachment to get the best results.
